Lady Blue Knights (LBK) is Canada’s largest and most decorated women’s field lacrosse organization and the only one of its kind in Durham Region. Through our love of lacrosse, we strive to create and maintain an environment that inspires, supports, and empowers girls and women through sport.

We started our club in 2000 with just over 60 girls playing U15 house league lacrosse, and have grown to see upwards of 500 girls in our House and Rep Leagues in a single season. Played outdoors from May through July, our short spring/summer season and minimal equipment make it a fan favourite for many.

Girls and Women’s Field Lacrosse is a dynamic  sport that offers tremendous benefits to anyone who picks up a stick. Enhancing endurance, coordination, speed, agility, and strength, whether you’re new to team sports, or an accomplished athlete, it’s a great way to improve your overall fitness.
